Forbes has named squash the #1 healthiest sport in the world many years in a row. It burns calories, increases aerobic fitness, boosts flexibility, develops strength and power, and improves hand-eye coordination.
CLUB NIGHT/SOCIAL SQUASH
Social Squash consists of friendly games. It is intended to be fun and gives you an opportunity to meet and socialise with other members. Players of any standard may take part, although a very inexperienced player may prefer some coaching and practice first. Social Squash is organised by a member of the coaching team who place players onto courts to play, ensuring they have good, balanced games. Players are mixed into different groups every 25 – 30 minutes.
Every Thursday evening from 7.30pm to 9 pm, club night takes places on courts 5 and 6. This is a chance for non-members and members alike to try their hand out at squash and to meet new players at the Club.
(Non-members are subject to a limit of 5 times attending.)
Club Night Starts back the 15th of September 2016 and will continue until the end of April 2017
